Who they are
No tenant id to enter. org_id is the platform tenant key and is minted internally during provisioning; the plan is keyed to the customer record until then.

Experience Center administrators
Two, and both become Auth0 accounts with a welcome invite — this is the credential pair used to call the platform API. They are not the project manager or the technical contact, and are usually different people.

Project metadata, not logins. Optional here and editable later alongside the plan, so a change of PM does not mean touching anything in Auth0.
